NARRATIVE

UNIT ONE WAS EASTBOUND ON THE WESTBOUND ON RAMP FROM I-80 TO ENTER I-235. UNIT ONE LOST CONTROL AT THE TOP OF THE RAMP AND HIT THE WEST CEMENT BRIDGE WALL. UNIT ONE THEN ENTERED THE SOUTHBOUND LANES AND UNIT TWO WAS UNABLE TO AVOID THE COLLISION AND STRUCK THE REAR OF UNIT ONE. UNIT ONE WAS TOWED FROM THE SCENE AND UNIT TWO DROVE AWAY.
