NARRATIVE

VEHICLE # 1 WAS NORTHBOUND ON HWY 59. THE DRIVER STATED THE WIND PUSHED HIM ACROSS THE ROAD CAUSING HIM TO JACKKNIFE. VEHICLE # 1 LOST CONTROL TO THE WEST AND THE WIND WAS BLOWING TO THE EAST. VEHICLE # 1 HAD APPROX. 42,000 LBS OF FREIGHT ON THE TRAILER. THERE WAS HEAVY RAIN AT THE TIME OF THE ACCIDENT.
