NARRATIVE

UNIT 01 WAS EASTBOUND ON HWY 16. UNIT 02 WAS SOUTHBOUND ON 280TH AVE. UNIT 02 WAS TURNING LEFT ONTO HWY 16. UNIT 02 FAILED TO YIELD THE RIGHT OF WAY FROM A STOP SIGN AND PULLED INTO THE PATH OF UNIT 01. THE PASSENGER SIDE FRONT OF UNIT 02 STRUCK THE DRIVERS SIDE FRONT OF UNIT 01. IMPACT OCCURRED IN THE EASTBOUND LANE OF HWY 16. AFTER IMPACT UNIT 01 CAME TO REST PARTIALLY ON THE ROADWAY AND PARTIALLY ON THE SOUTH SHOULDER. UNIT 02 CAME TO REST ON THE NORTH SHOULDER.
