NARRATIVE

VEHICLE 1 WAS ELUDING A POLICE OFFICER AT A HIGH RATE OF SPEED AND WENT OFF THE ROADWAY IN THE WEST DITCH, OVERCORRECTED CROSSED THE ROAD AND ENTERED THE EAST DITCH, STRIKING SEVERAL TREES AND ROLLING THE VEHICLE OVER. THE VEHICLE WAS RECENTLY PURCHASED AND WAS NOT REGISTERED.
