NARRATIVE

VEHICLE 1 WAS WESTBOUND ON CO RD B16. VEHICLE 1 WAS A COUNTY SHERIFFS CAR RESPONDING TO A PERSONAL INJURY ACCIDENT. A DEER RAN ONTO THE ROADWAY FROM THE NORTH DITCH. VEHICLE 1 STRUCK THE DEER CAUSING EXTENSIVE DAMAGE TO THE VEHICLE. VEHICLE 1 WAS TOWED BY BILLS AUTO OUT OF DECORAH, IA.
