NARRATIVE

UNIT #1 WAS TRAVELING IN THE INSIDE LANE AND WAS CHANGING LANES TO THE CENTER LANE. UNIT #1 WAS UNABLE TO SEE UNIT #2 AND STRUCK UNIT #2 IN THE REAR OF THE VEHICLE. UNIT #2 SPUN OUT OF CONTROL AND COLLIDED WITH THE JERSEY WALL COMING TO A REST ON THE INSIDE SHOULDER. THERE WERE NO INJURIES AND UNIT #1 WAS DRIVABLE AND UNIT #2 WAS TOWED TO HANIFENS TOWING.
