NARRATIVE

VEH 1 STOPPED ON THE EAST SHOULDER OF S56. THE VEHICLE THEN DROVE INTO THE DITCH SCRAPING A SMALL MARKER POST ON THE SHOULDER. THE DRIVER WAS TRANSPORTED TO MERCY HOSPITAL FOR MEDICAL EVALUATION.
