UNIT 1 WAS MAKING A LEFT TURN INTO THE CASEY'S NORTH ENTRANCE FROM NORTHBOUND S. 16TH ST, IN CLARINDA WHEN UNIT 2, WHO WAS WAITING TO TURN NORTH ONTO S.16TH STREET FROM THE NORTH CASEY'S EXIT, FAILED TO YIELD RIGHT OF WAY TO UNIT 1 AND STRUCK UNIT 1.
