NARRATIVE

UNIT 1WAS SLOWING TO A STOP AND CONTINUED PAST THE STOP SIGN NORTHBOUND ON WHEELERWOOD AND INTO THE INTERSECTION. UNIT 2 WAS TURNING SOUTHBOUND ONTO WHEELERWOOD FROM WESTBOUND 510TH. UNIT 2 CROSSED INTO THE NORTHBOUND LANE OF WHEELERWOOD AS HE WAS TURNING SOUTHBOUND. UNIT 1'S LEFT FRONT BUMPER COLLIDED WITH THE LEFT-REAR END OF UNIT 2, CAUSING UNIT 2 TO LOSE CONTROL AND LAY DOWN ON THE SOUTHBOUND SHOULDER.
