NARRATIVE

VEHICLE #1 WAS SOUTHBOUND ON R27 WHEN IT APPEARS THAT THE RIGHT SIDE OF THE VEHICLE DROPPED ONTO THE SHOULDER OF THE ROAD. DRIVER 1 THEN TURNED LEFT TO RE ENTER THE ROAD. THIS ACTION CAUSED THE VEHICLE TO CROSS THE CENTERLINE AND THE LEFT SIDE OF THE VEHICLE THEN DROPPED ONTO THE NORTHBOUND (EAST) SHOULDER. DRIVER 1 THEN TURNED TO THE RIGHT CAUSING THE REAR END OF THE VEHICLE TO SLIDE AND ENTER THE EAST DITCH. VEHICLE #1 WAS THEN FACING WEST AND SLIDING SOUTH. VEHICLE #1 THEN ROLLED AT LEAST 1 TIME AND CAME TO REST ON THE EDGE OF THE FARM FIELD ON ITS WHEELS FACING NORTHWEST.
