NARRATIVE

VEHICLE #1 WAS A MOTORCYCLE GOING WEST ON I-680 FROM THE I-80 WESTBOUND SPLIT. VEHICLE #1'S REAR BRAKE LOCKED UP FOR AN UNKNOWN REASON AND THE DRIVER LOST CONTROL. VEHICLE #1 WENT DOWN AND ROLLED AND SKIDDED FOR A CONSIDERABLE DISTANCE BEFORE COMING TO A STOP ON THE WESTBOUND SHOULDER.
