NARRATIVE

UNIT ONE WAS RESPONDING TO AN EMERGENCY CALL. THE DRIVER LOST CONTROL AS HE ENTERED A CURVE IN THE ROAD. THE VEHICLE ROTATED CLOCKWISE, ENTERED THE DITCH BACKWARDS AND CAME TO REST FACING SOUTH ON PLYMOUTH AVE.
