NARRATIVE

VEHICLE TWO WAS PASSING VEHICLE ONE. THE DRIVER OF VEHICLE ONE GOT NERVOUS AND MOVED TO THE RIGHT. THE DRIVER OF VEHICLE ONE THEN REALIZED HE WAS TOO CLOSE TO THE CONCRETE BARRIER OF THE BRIDGE AND MOVED BACK OVER TO THE LEFT WHICH CAUSED THE VEHICLE TO SWERVE. THE DRIVER OVER CORRECTED AND LOST CONTROL CAUSING THE VEHICLE TO SPIN, LEAVE THE ROADWAY AND ROLL SEVERAL TIMES INTO THE EAST DITCH.
