NARRATIVE

UNIT #1WAS NORTHBOUND ON HWY 218 AND LOST CONTROL AND LEFT ROADWAY TO THE RIGHT. UNIT #1 THEN SLID PERPENDICULAR TO THE ROAD IN THE EAST DITCH STRIKING A CEMENT CULVERT. UNIT #1 ALSO KNOCKED OVER 2 ROADWAY SIGNS.
