NARRATIVE

VEHICLE 1 AND 2 WERE NORTHBOUND ON INTERSTATE 35. VEHICLE 1 STRUCK A BARREL THAT WAS IN THE ROADWAY OF INTERSTATE 35. THE LIQUID FROM THE BARREL CAME OUT AND SPLATTERED OVER VEHICLE 2 AS THE BARREL TUMBLED DOWN THE ROADWAY. THE LIQUID APPEARED TO BE GREEN PAINT. TWO BARRELS WERE FOUND IN THE EAST DITCH OF INTERSTATE 35. THE COMPANY THAT WAS HAULING THE BARRELS WAS LOCATED AND IS LISTED AS VEHICLE #3.
