NARRATIVE

vehicle # 2 was legally parked in the west bound undeveloped rest area near the 32 mile marker and the driver was in the sleeper asleep. Vehicle #1 pulled into park behind vehicle #2. Vehicle #1 ran into the rear end of the trailer attached to Vehicle #2. Vehicle #1 was disabled by the damage. Vehicle #2's trailer only had minor damage.
