NARRATIVE

Unit one exited Interstate 80 and stopped at the stop sign. Unit one attempted to cross Highway 71 and enter the on ramp. Unit two was south on Highway 71. Unit two attempted to avoid contact by braking and swerving to the right. Unit two made contact with unit one. Unit one was pulling a trailer with an Iowa registation #TH8539. The trailer #5378.
