NARRATIVE

VEHICLE #1 WAS TRAVELING EASTBOUND ON J55 WHEN IT STRUCK THE GUARDRAIL ON A BRIDGE. THE VEHICLE CAME TO REST ON THE EASTSIDE OF THE BRIDGE. THE DRIVER FLED THE SCENE AND WAS NOT IDENTIFIED. THE VEHICLE WAS TOWED WITH A HOLD PUT ON IT. THE ACCIDENT IS UNDER INVESTIGATION.
