NARRATIVE

VEHICLE #1 WAS WESTBOUND ON HIGHWAY 34. DRIVER #1 SAID HE MET TWO SEMI'S THAT WERE EASTBOUND THAT CAUSED HIS WINDSHIELD TO BE SPRAYED WITH RAIN WATER. DRIVER #1 APPLIED HIS BRAKES ON THE WET ROADWAY CAUSING HIM TO FAIL TO MAINTAIN CONTROL OF HIS VEHICLE. VEHICLE #1 CROSSED THE CENTERLINE AND CAME TO REST IN THE SOUTH DITCH.
