NARRATIVE

UNIT ONE WAS TRAVELING SOUTH ON 2ND AVE WHEN UNIT 2 PULLED OUT FROM NW 49TH PL INTO THE PATH OF UNIT 1. UNIT 1 SWERVED TO AVOID A COLLISION AND BEGAN TO HONK HIS HORN AND MAKE HAND GESTURES AT UNIT 2. UNIT 2 ALSO WAS MAKING GESTURES AT UNIT 1 BOTH UNITS CONTINUED SOUTH ON 2ND AVE UNIT 2 HAD PULLED OVER TO THE LEFT SHOULDER AND WAS STARTING TO TURN ONTO THE I80 ON RAMP WHEN UNIT 1 ATTEMPTED TO GO AROUND UNIT 2 AND CONTACT WAS MADE. BOTH UNITS 1 AND 2 EXHIBITED SIGNS OF ROAD RAGE.
