NARRATIVE

Vehicle #1 was WB on Hwy 34 to NB on I-29. Another vehicle was going EB Hwy 34 to NB I-29, that vehicle had a Yield Sign to all other vehicles. That vehicle failed to yield. Vehicle #1 came to a stop because she was trying to avoid an accident with the vehicle. Vehicle #2 saw the problem that had developed and was unable to come to a stop. Vehicle #2 then struck vehicle #1 in the rear. Both vehicles came to a rest in the travel portion of the roadway. All parties refused medical treatment.
