NARRATIVE

THE DRIVER OF VEHICLE # 1 WAS OPERATING A DIRT BIKE ON THE DIRT TRACK AT HIS RESIDENCE. THE DRIVER STRUCK A DIRT MOGUL EJECTING HIM OFF THE BIKE AND LANDING ON HIS BACK. THE DRIVER WAS WEARING HIS HELMET AT THE TIME OF THE COLLISION.
