NARRATIVE

UNIT 1 WAS TRAVELING SOUTHBOUND ON HWY 218. IT TOOK THE RAMP TO CONTINUE SOUTHBOUND ON HWY 218. HWY 57 BECOMES HWY 218 AT THIS INTERCHANGE. AS UNIT 1 WAS COMING AROUND THE CURVE OF THE ON RAMP, ITS LOAD SHIFTED. THIS CAUSED THE VEHICLE TO ROLL ONTO ITS DRIVERS SIDE, BLOCKING ALL THREE LANES OF TRAFFIC.
