NARRATIVE

VEHICLE 1 WAS TRAVELING WESTBOUND ON UNIVERSITY AVENUE EAST OF MCLAIN STREET IN THE OUTSIDE LANE. VEHICLE 2, A BICYCLE, TRAVELING THE SAME DIRECTION IN THE SAME LANE AND WAS STRUCK IN THE REAR BY VEHICLE 1. VEHICLE 2 AND IT'S RIDER CAME TO REST IN THE GRASS SOUTH OF UNIVERSITY AVE. THE BICYCLE HAD NO HEADLAMP, TAIL LIGHT OR REAR REFLECTOR.
