NARRATIVE

VEH. 1 ATTEMPTED TO ELUDE VEH. 2 WHILE DRIVING SB ON T-39 / GALESTON AVE. VEH.1 DROVE IN A RECKLESS MANNER AND DROVE LEFT OF CENTER ON T-39 / GALESTON AVE. VEH. 1 TURNED LEFT INTO THE EVELAND ACCESS RECREATIONAL AND CAMPING AREA. VEH. 2 TURNED LEFT AND FOLLOWED VEH. 1 INTO THE EVELAND ACCESS, WHICH HAD NUMEROUS VEHICLES AND PEDESTRIANS ON FOOT. VEH. 1 DROVE SLOWLY AROUND A CURVE IN THE ACCESS THAT WAS A CAMPING AND BOATING ACCESS ROADWAY. VEH. 1 WAS DRIVING WEST ON THAT ROADWAY, AND VEH. 2 DROVE AROUND VEH. 1 AND STOPPED IN FRONT OF VEH. 1 FACING SW IN AN ATTEMPT TO STOP VEH. 1 DUE TO THE HIGH NUMBER OF PEDESTRIANS AND VEHICLES IN THE IMMEDIATE AREA. THE OPERATOR OF VEH. 1 ACCELERATED AND INTENTIONALLY STRUCK THE REAR, DRIVER'S SIDE OF VEH. 2 WITH THE FRONT OF VEH. 1. VEH. 1 CONTINUED TO ACCELERATE IN AN ATTEMPT TO PUSH VEH. 2 INTO THE DES MOINES RIVER.
