UNIT 1 WAS NORTHBOUND ON W55. AT THE INTERSECTION OF W55 & H28, UNIT 1 RAN THE STOP SIGN AND CROSSED H28, ENTERING THE NORTH DITCH. UNIT 1 CONTINUED NORTHOBUND THROUGH A PRIVATE YARD UNTIL IT STRUCK A PARKED CAR AND CAME TO REST.
