NARRATIVE

VEHICLE ONE WAS ENTERING PRAIRIE DRIVE FROM HER RESIDENCE. VEHICLE 2 WAS TRAVELING WEST ON PRAIRIE DRIVE. DRIVER OF VEHICLE 1 DID NOT SEE VEHICLE 2 AND PULLED OUT ONTO THE ROAD TO TURN EAST. DRIVER OF VEHICLE 2 SWERVED TO AVOID COLLISION WITH VEHICLE 1 AND STRUCK THE GUY WIRE ON A UTILITY POLE. THE UTILITY POLE WAS SNAPPED OFF.
