NARRATIVE

UNIT 1 IS A PENSKE TRUCK PULLING A PENSKE TRAILER. UNIT 1 SWERVED TO MISS DEER IN THE ROADWAY. UNIT 1 LEFT ROAD ENTERED MEDIAN AND STRUCK TWO GUARDRAILS IN THE MEDIAN. THE UNIT CAME TO REST ON THE EASTBOUND SHOULDER. DAMAGE WAS NOTED TO FRONT PORTION OF TRUCK AND LEFT TIRE FENDER ON TRAILER THAT WAS VISIBLE.
