VEHICLE 1 TRAVELING EB I-80 TO I-35 NB ON/RAMP. VEHICLE HYDROPLANED DUE TO THE WET CONDITIONS, AND ENDED UP ON ITS SIDE AGAINST THE CONCRETE BRIDGE SUPPORT SYSTEM. DRIVER CITED FOR FAILURE TO MAINTAIN CONTROL.
