NARRATIVE

V1 WAS EASTBOUND ON GORDON DRIVE IMMEDIATELY BEHIND V2. BOTH VEHICLES WERE APPROACHING A STOP LIGHT CONTROLLED INTERSECTION WITH VIRGINIA STREET. THE STOP LIGHT TURNED YELLOW, V2 SLOWED AND CAME TO A STOP / NEAR STOP. V1 WAS FOLLOWING TOO CLOSE TO STOP IN TIME AND REAR ENDED V2.
