NARRATIVE

VEH 1 NB ON M54 IN CLAY COUNTY. VEH 1 WENT OFF EAST SHOULDER, FAIL TO MAINTAIN CONTROL AND INTO EAST DITCH. VEH STRUCK CONCRETE CULVERT CAUSING HEAVY FRONTAL DAMAGE TO THE VEH. SINGLE VEH COLLISION.
