UNIT ONE WHILE TRAVELING NORTH IN RIGHT LANE SLOWED FOR STOPPED TRAFFIC AT LIGHT. UNIT TWO AFTER OBSERVING SLOWED/STOPPED UNIT ONE WAS UNABLE TO SLOW AND STRUCK UNIT ONE.
