NARRATIVE

UNIT 1 WAS SOUTHBOUND ON HWY 218. UNIT 2 WAS ALSO SOUTHBOUND ON HWY 218, TRAVELING SLOWER THAN THE SPEED LIMIT OF 65 MPH. UNIT 1 WAS BEHIND UNIT 2. UNIT 1 STRUCK THE REAR OF UNIT 2. AFTER IMPACT, UNIT 2 ENTERED THE WEST DITCH AND UNIT 1 ENTERED THE MEDIAN.
