NARRATIVE

THE DRIVER'S VISION WAS OBSCURRED BY DRIVING RAIN. THE DRIVER DROVE INTO THE SOUTH DITCH. THE PASSENGER SIDE OF THE VEHICLE SCRAPED A LINEAR POST AS IT ENTERED THE DITCH. THE VEHICLE CAME TO REST IN RUNNING WATER.
