NARRATIVE

UNITS #1 AND 2 WERE TRAVELING EASTBOUND, WHEN UNIT #1 WHO WAS DISTRACTED, STRUCK UNIT #2, WHO WAS TRAVELING BELOW THE POSTED SPEED LIMIT FROM BEHIND. BOTH UNITS WERE ABLE TO SAFELY EXIT TO THE SOUTH SHOULDER.
