VEHICLE 1 WAS NORTH-BOUND ON HWY 1 . DRIVER ADVISED WAS REACHING FOR A FALLEN OBJECT WHEN SHE DROVE ACROSS THE SOUTH-BOUND LANE AND LOST CONTROL . THE VEHICLE ENTERED THE WEST DITCH AND ROLLED COMING TO REST ON ITS TOP AGAINST A TREE. NOTE; POSSIBLE MINOR INJURIES
