UNIT #1 WAS TRAVELING EASTBOUND ON INTERSTATE 80 NEAR THE 199 MILE MARKER. A STRONG GUST OF WIND PUSHED UNIT #1 INTO THE MEDIAN CAUSING THE TRACTOR/TRAILER TO OVERTURN ONTO THE VEHICLE'S SIDE.
