NARRATIVE

UNIT #1 WAS HEADING EAST ON I-80 AT MM 19. UNIT #1 FOR UNKNOWN REASONS DROVE OFF ROAD RIGHT ENTERING INTO DITCH. UNIT #1 CONTINUED DRIVING THROUGH DITCH BEFORE DRIVING OFF AN EMBANKMENT VAULTING OVER A CREEK AND COMING TO REST AFTER HITTING EMBANKMENT. UNIT #1 CAME TO REST IN A VERTICAL POSITION UP AGAINST EMBANKMENT.
