NARRATIVE

UNIT #1 WAS HEADING WEST ON 120TH ST. WHICH IS A LEVEL B DIRT SURFACE. UNIT #2 WAS HEADING SOUTH ON N AVE. WHICH IS A GRAVEL SURFACE. UNIT #1 SLOWED AS HE APPROACHED THE INTERSECTION OF N AVE AND 120TH WHICH IS AN UNCONTROLLED INTERSECTION, THEN CONTINUED INTO INTERSECTION NOT SEEING UNIT #2 COMING FROM THE RIGHT HEADING SOUTH. UNIT #2 BRAKED HARD BUT WAS UNABLE TO STOP IN TIME AND HIT UNIT #1 IN THE MIDDLE OF THE INTERSECTION. UNIT #1 AFTER BEING HIT SPUN AROUND LEFT COMING TO REST ON EDGE OF ROADWAY, UNIT #2 CAME TO REST CLOSE TO POINT OF CONTACT.
