NARRATIVE

UNIT #1 WAS TRAVELING SOUTHBOUND ON HIGHWAY 17 IN A CONSTRUCTION ZONE. THE NORTHBOUND LANE WAS CLOSED. UNIT #1 FOR NO APPARENT REASON, BRAKE HARD AND THE BIKE TIPPED OVER. UNIT #1 CAME TO A REST ON THE WEST SHOULDER.
