NARRATIVE

Vehicle #1 was traveling west on Hwy 30 west of Missouri Valley. Driver #1 lost control of his vehicle and slid across the roadway. The vehicle entered the south west ditch and rolled over. The driver left the scene and was later located at his residence. The roadway was wet from previous rain. The rear of the vehicle was in standing water.
