NARRATIVE

STOP AND GO TRAFFIC CONDITIONS PRESENT FROM RELEASED SPEEDWAY TRAFFIC. UNIT ONE WAS TRAVELING WEST ON I80 AND CHANGED LANES TO THE LEFT LANE. UPON OBSERVING TRAFFIC IN THE LEFT LANE WAS SLOWED UNIT ONE TOOK EVASIVE BRAKING AND STEERING ACTION AND ENTERED MEDIAN TO AVOID COLLISION. UNIT TWO, HAVING VISION OBSCURED BY UNIT ONE OF SLOWED TRAFFIC, TOOK EVASIVE BRAKING AND STEERING ACTION ONCE SLOWED TRAFFIC WAS OBSERVED. UNIT TWO SIDESWIPED UNIT ONE IN MEDIAN.
