VEHICLE 1 SOUTH BOUND PULLING TWO ANHYDROUS TANK TRAILERS. THE SECOND TRAILER'S LEFT FRONT WHEEL CAME OFF CAUSING IT TO ROLL ONTO ITS RIGHT SIDE COMING TO REST IN THE SOUTH BOUND LANE.
