NARRATIVE

Vehicle #1 was traveling EB on I-680 and exiting onto the I-29 SB Ramp. The driver of vehicle #1 lost control on the vehicle and overturned into the east ditch of the ramp. A blood test was administered and awaiting results. *** Amended To Add Charges. Blood test from lab revealed that the driver of vehicle #1 was intoxicated at the time of this accident.
