NARRATIVE

UNIT ONE WAS NORTHBOUND ON HWY 69 WHEN THE VEHICLE DROPPED ON TO THE EAST SHOULDER. THE DRIVER OVERCORRECTED LOSING CONTROL OF THE VEHICLE. THE VEHICLE THEN ENTERED THE EAST DITCH ROLLING ONE TIME AND COMING TO A REST ON THE DRIVER'S SIDE. THE VEHICLE INVOLVED IN THIS ACCIDENT IS A 3 AXLE SEMI TRACTOR WITH A CRANE LOCATED BETWEEN THE CAB AND FLAT PART OF THE BED. THE DRIVER WAS TRANSPORTED BY GROUND AMBULANCE TO DECATUR COUNTY HOSPITAL AND THE TRUCK WAS REMOVED FROM THE SCENE AT THE OWNERS EXPENSE.
