UNIT #1 WAS WESTBOUND ON CHESTNUT STREET. UNIT #2 WAS SOUTHBOUND ON SOUTH 7TH STREET. UNIT #1 STOPPED AT THE STOP SIGN AND THEN PROCEEDED INTO THE INTERSECTION. UNIT #1 STRUCK UNIT #2 WITHIN THE INTERSECTION.
