NARRATIVE

BOTH UNIT 1 AND UNIT 2 WERE WESTBOUND ON HWY 18 WHEN UNIT 2 ATTEMPTED TO MERGE AND CAUSED UNIT 1 TO DRIVE ONTO THE CENTER DIVIDER AND STRIKE A POLE. UNIT 2 DID NOT STOP THEY LEFT THE SCENE OF THE ACCIDENT. THE VEHICLES DID NOT MAKE CONTACT.
