NARRATIVE

VEHICLE #1(STOLEN VEHICLE) WAS TRAVELLING WESTBOUND IN A TRAILER COURT, ATTEMPTING TO ELUDE VEHICLE #2 (FULLY MARKED LAW ENFORCEMENT VEHICLE). VEHICLE #1 LOST CONTROL AND LEFT THE ROADWAY STRIKING A CHAINLINK FENCE DRIVING THROUGH A FLOWER BED. DRIVER OF VEHICLE #2 (PURSUING LAW ENFORCEMENT VEHICLE) ATTEMPTED A PURSUIT INTERVENTION TECHNIQUE WHEN VEHICLE #1 CONTINUED EASTBOUND. VEHICLE #1 LOST CONTROL ATTEMPTING TO TURN SOUTHBOUND AND STRUCK A TRAILER HOUSE DRIVING THROUGH A CHAINLINK FENCE COMING TO A STOP AFTER STRIKING ANOTHER TRAILER HOUSE. VEHICLE #2 (LAW ENFORCEMENT VEHICLE) CAME TO A STOP ADJACENT TO VEHICLE #2.
