NARRATIVE

UNIT 01 WAS TRAVELING EASTBOUND ON HWY 22 IN WELLMAN THE PEDESTRIAN WAS ON THE NORTH SIDE OF HWY 22 PREPARING TO CROSS TO THE SOUTH SIDE THE PEDESTRIAN STARTED CROSSING WITH OUT LOOKING BOTH WAYS THE PEDESTRIAN RAN INTO THE FRONT QUARTER PANEL OF UNIT 01 UNIT 01 ATTEMPTED TO STOP AND RAN OVER THE FOOT OF THE PEDESTRIAN
