VEHICLE #1 WAS TURNING LEFT INTO VICTORY FORD. VEHICLE #2 WAS UNABLE TO STOP AND WENT INTO THE SOUTH DITCH AND THEN RAN INTO THE RIGHT SIDE OF #1.
